Gather the Witches

Back in September, I was invited, by some people I follow on Instagram, to take part in an online event for Samhain called Gather the Witches, hosted by @witch.with.me and @coven.market https://facebook.com/events/s/gather-the-witches/1424455861084775/?ti=cl

                So, now I have created a presentation which I have called Witchcraft in the Landscape. By the time of the Autumn Equinox the film was all complete and edited. On 25th October,  I the film will be shown and I will answer questions live at the Gather the Witches event. This has been an exciting and challenging project as I had never done anything like it before and time was short. The film on Troy Books’ website, for Of Chalk and Flint was made and edited by the super-talented Jane Cox. All I had to do was chatter away. So this new venture meant a lot of learning to be done very quickly. I was very fortunate to be able to enlist the help of artist and filmmaker, Vix Valentine, and we had great fun filming at different places in Norfolk. To whet your appetite, this is what I have written to promote the talk:

• Weave with me the ancient magic of sea and soil, of forest and garden;

• walk with me the trackways of the Fair Folk;

• seek with me the wisdom of gods and ancestors.
